NE-KELS delivers full-lifecycle fire suppression and detection services for oil and gas facilities, covering everything from initial risk assessment through to ongoing certification and maintenance.
How It Works
Risk Assessment
We conduct fire risk assessments and hazard studies to identify exposure, occupancy classification, and the level of protection required for the facility.
01
Engineering Design
Suppression and detection systems are engineered and sized, including hydraulic calculations, equipment selection, and layout drawings.
02
Procurement & Fabrication
Approved equipment, piping, and system components are sourced and, where required, fabricated to specification.
03
Installation
Systems are installed on site by trained technicians, following the approved design and applicable codes and standards.
04
Commissioning & Testing
Every system is functionally tested — flow tests, pressure tests, detection and alarm verification — before being handed over as operational.
05
Certification
Systems are certified against the relevant national and international fire safety standards, with documentation provided for audit and regulatory purposes.
06
Inspection & Maintenance
We carry out scheduled inspections, servicing, and re-certification to keep systems compliant and ready to perform.
